Since 1982 Horizon Management has specialized in the management of community associations, including many of the most desirable properties on the west side, the Wilshire corridor, in the South Bay and Long Beach. We currently manage over 10,000 homes located in condominium communities and planned developments.
Over the years, Horizon has developed a management program that promotes a feeling of community that is missing in too many community associations in this modern age. Horizon Management is an active member of CAI (Community Associations Institute) and our managers are active in CACM (California Association of Community Managers).
